Rolling Stone, the title alone says so much, has another list going. The 100 Greatest Singers. Love to get the juice, comments and arguments going in high-gear. Bono's take on Dylan is here.
Bono & Dylan have always had a mutual admiration club. In describing what he likes about Dylan's singing, Bono shows some of his style. "Here are some of the adjectives I have found myself using to describe that voice: howling, seducing, raging, indignant, jeering, imploring, begging, hectoring, confessing, keening, wailing, soothing, conversational, crooning. It is a voice like smoke, from cigar to incense, where it's full of wonder and worship. There is a voice for every Dylan you can meet, and the reason I'm never bored of Bob Dylan is because there are so many of them, all centered on the idea of pilgrimage."

Concert Review
Another critic writes here that he is happy Dylan changes his songs in concert but then complains about the result. He is not upset the songs are being changed but unhappy with the result. Many people complain about the arrangements he currently plays but this guy, being a critic, appreciates the songs are still evolving. Seems to want it both ways.

Why See Dylan Live?
Here is an article, by a 24 year old, who can't wait for his next Dylan show. He explains well the reason why. "I've met people who have seen Dylan several hundred times over the years, but they still keep coming back, now with their children and grandchildren. How does he keep bringing us back even though it is agreed that he had his heyday in 1965-1966 and again in 1975-1976? "
